Automatic transmission. Only 50 miles on engine since restoration. 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback, has been completely dismantled and rebuilt to new condition throughout. When the gauge bezel was removed during restoration, I found The original Ford build sheet still attached to the wiring harness. It is still legible after 45 years. It has a professionally rebuilt 289 motor with an edelbrock 1406 4V carburetor with an electric choke, Engine Chrome dress up kit, new radiator, new alternator etc, C4 Automatic transmission with a floor shifter. The transmission was rebuilt professionally by a local shop, Dual exhausts with Cherry Bomb mufflers [sounds great] that exit the rear valance as the GTS did. The car had 96,000 miles on it prior to complete restoration. The custom Electric Current clearcoat paint was recently completed in a local shop and is very, very nice. The car has all new Suspension, brakes, wheels, tires and interior which is Ford White [Not Bright White]. The interior has a Floor console and a fold down rear seat. The radio is the original and still plays fine. The glass is all Original Ford and is in good condition. The rear window does have some minor scratches. I have the Clear Pennsylvania Title for the car. Only 50 miles on it since restoration.
